What is the Everest Club?
Climbing 29,035 feet, the height of Mount Everest, on a Treadwall takes commitment and determination. If you climb for 15 minutes a day, it will be close to 100 days before you reach the top! But it’s well worth the effort.   Everest Club members find it’s just the beginning of a journey. They tell of a new sense of body awareness, balance, a dramatic increase in flexibility, an unparalleled level of fitness and well being.

The benefits of climbing derive from a natural exercise that involves the whole being, body and mind. It’s a progressive activity – one that takes moments to learn and years to master. It can change your life.

All this – plus a really great tee shirt! So start on the journey. Join the Everest Club.

HOW TO JOIN THE TREADWALL EVEREST CLUB

1.Start an official Treadwall Training Log. Your club should be able to provide one, or get one from Brewer’s Ledge.

2.Keep track of your climbing distance on the training log. When you have reached 29,035 feet, the height of Mount Everest, you are eligible to join the club. (The height of Mount Everest is in dispute. Or maybe it’s growing! The old figure was 28,028)

3.Send a copy of your completed log along with $9.95 to: Brewer’s Ledge Inc. 34 Brookley Road, Boston MA 02130.

4.You will receive a certificate of membership and an exclusive Everest Club tee shirt.

5.Keep Climbing! Everest Club members who complete multiple ascents are eligible for free tee shirt upgrades. The tee shirt for a double ascent is a striking green-gray color, and for triple ascents the color is gold.

Its great! Im ready to tackle Everest again
